He founded the firm in 2004, hoping to solve complex problems for organizations of all sizes including analyzing workforce trends to help understand the future of work and how to stay ahead in times of uncertainty. Fournet is a highly sought-after speaker on generational diversity, leadership and project management.

He currently serves as a member of the board of directs at Boy Scouts of America, Indian Nations. Fournet and his wife, Christy reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with their three sons.
