Greg Casillas has been working in the oil and gas industry since 1983 after graduating from OSU with a bachelor’s degree in geology.
He began his career in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as a staff geologist for a private oil and gas company. After three years of experience in the industry, he ventured out on his own and formed Casillas Petroleum Corp. His knowledge and strong work ethic helped him succeed in building the company to what it is today. Casillas Petroleum Corp. has become a leader in the industry focused in the Mid-Continent Region of the Lower 48. The company continues to build the business by executing on an active drilling program in the Anadarko Basin in South Central Oklahoma. Casillas Petroleum has deployed in excess of $1.2 billion of capital in Oklahoma over the last three years while being the fifth most active operator in the state. He is currently on the The Advisory Board of the Boone Pickens School of Geology.
Casillas is devoted to promoting education and building a better community for his fellow Oklahomans.
