Jerry Overton grew up on a ranch in southwest Oklahoma and graduated from Walters High School in 1965. He attended Cameron Junior College, Oklahoma State University (B.S. and M.S. in Geography) and the University of Oklahoma (Ph.D. in Geography) then again attended OSU to acquire a second M.S. in Geology with an emphasis in Hydrogeology. …
